Established in 1986, Penfold's Café & Bakery is a cherished family-owned restaurant in the heart of historic Old Town Temecula, California. Founded by Ladd Penfold, the café was purchased in 1995 by Steve and Kim Love, who continue to uphold the tradition of world-class customer service, consistent quality, and generous portions that have made us a Temecula Valley staple for nearly 40 years.

Penfold’s Café offers a warm, welcoming atmosphere where locals and visitors feel right at home. Our menu features hearty American breakfast and lunch classics, including over 20 delicious omelets (try our signature Penfold’s Omelette), fluffy pancakes, Giant Cinnamon Roll French Toast, country fried steak & eggs, avocado toast, and a variety of sandwiches, salads, and comfort food favorites.

Don’t miss our on-site bakery, filled daily with oversized giant cinnamon rolls (a recipe unchanged since 1986 and topped with real cream cheese icing), fresh-baked pies, and other homemade treats.
